Rosie Hardy explores numerous self portraits with the aided tool of the digital realm, This produces a surreal identity. Over the past year Rosie has worked on a diary in which each day she works on a photograph, all with the subject of herself. This way of working has enabled Rosie to truly evoke her identity through her photography. The interesting thing about viewing this 'diary' is that she has published a comment which is completely off topic to the photograph, for instance: today I went shopping it was rather cold outsold and began to snow, it was a nice day.... This enables confidence in which her photos can speak without an explanation.
